For Windows Computers
- Download the most recent driver installer from Ricoh:
- Locate the Ricoh Installer file in your Downloads folder, and double click it:

- Click ‘Unzip’ in the Window that opens. This will extract the driver to your hard drive at c:\temp\
- Open File Manager and type C:\temp\ into the address bar, double click on the folder that was created. You should see several files:

- Double Click on the Setup program, and click through the License
- Select ‘Network’ for the setup method:

- When asked to Select a device, click the buttons that says ‘Click if you cannot find the device’
- Select ‘Specify an IP Address’ and click ‘Next’:

- Type in the IP Address that is printed on a label on the printer or see the list at the bottom of this page:

- Click ‘Search.’ Your printer should show up in the list of available printers. Make sure it is selected then click ‘Next’
- Type in a unique name for your printer to help you identify it, then click ‘Next’:

- The driver installation will complete, click ‘Next’ then ‘Finish and you will now be able to print to your printer
For Mac Computers
- Click the Apple Logo, and select System Preferences
- Navigate to the ‘Printers and Scanners’ Settings pane
- Click ‘Add Printer, Scanner or Fax…’
- Click the ‘Globe’ icon in the Add Printer box
- For Address, enter the IP Address printed on a label on your printer
- For Protocol, select ‘HP Jetdirect – Socket’
- Enter a memorable name for the printer. The Location should fill out automatically
- Select ‘Generic PostScript Printer’ in the final dropdown and click ‘Add’
